Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MMA Combat Card Game ("the App," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application and companion website at mmaccg.com.

Information We Collect

Account Information. You can create and access your player account in a few ways:

• Email and Password: you provide an email address and a password (which we never see or store in plain text — Firebase Authentication handles this securely) to create sign-in credentials for your account. We send a verification email to confirm the address, and can send a password-reset email if you request one.
• Guest Play: you can also play without providing any personal information at all, using a device-local guest account.

We use whichever information you provide to create and identify your player account, and to let you sign in again on other devices.

Gameplay Data. We store information related to your use of the App, including:

• Match statistics (wins, losses, draws)
• In-app currency balance ("Fame") and transaction history
• Owned cosmetic items (foil cards, backgrounds) and your equipped selections
• Custom decks you create
• Your chosen in-game display name

Advertising Data. The App uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded video ads and banner ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as your advertising ID) and other information to serve and measure ads, and to prevent fraudulent ad activity. We do not control what AdMob collects; see Google's Privacy Policy below for details on how Google handles this data.

We do not collect or request access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone, or SMS/call data.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Operate and maintain your player account and game progress
• Verify match outcomes and award in-game currency fairly
• Serve and personalize ads (where permitted), and pay out ad-based rewards
• Respond to support requests and bug reports
• Maintain the security and integrity of the game (for example, detecting and preventing cheating)

Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions) — used to sign you in, store your game data, and run server-side verification for match and ad rewards. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob — used to serve rewarded video and banner ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data disclosure.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers named above, to the extent necessary to operate the App, and where required by law.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including access-controlled databases and server-side verification for sensitive actions like currency awards. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the App: Settings → Delete Account (instant)
• On the web: mmaccg.com/delete-account
• By email: appfeedback@mmaccg.com

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete your account and associated data (statistics, currency, owned items, custom decks, and your email/password credentials if you used that sign-in method) from our systems, except where brief retention is necessary for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
